California Governor - Total Recall?

I have been looking into this strange California Governor Recall. I believe this to be a direct attack on "the 5th largest economy in the world". The present government seems to be attempting to bring down the world economy in general. First it attacks Wall Street with the dropping of the Twin Towers, then it attacks the world economy with renaming the flu "SARS", putting intense economic strain on Hong Kong, the airlines industry, and our neighbor Canada. Now we have California, the state that rioted the most when we went to war in Baghdad. Because every president has been re-elected when the nation was at war, George Jr. wants to prolong the war until election. How do we distract the political-minded ones there in California? Let's create a Governor Recall!
You just can't let them do this to California's economy. For every person who decides NOT to invest in a project in California, we all lose. When people are a bit unsure what is going to happen, many projects get put on hold, which becomes a very real dent in our economy. If you are in California, keep the governor presently in office for the rest of his term, and do not bother with this crazy distraction ploy that will end up costing more money than one could guess. There is a group of people who would love to get their grips on the resources of California, or worse, bring our state down a notch or two. I suggest to hold tight, and endure the term, and elect a new official when the proper time comes. Chaos is never a wise choice, and with 150 on the ballot, it's chaos. A scheduled, controlled atomosphere is always best for the economy of a state. Who could be responsible for orchestrating such a ruse?
I think it's funny that the Republicans have chosen high-profile actor Arnold Schwarzenegger as their candidate for Governor of California. With the present administration's too-obvious priorities in military advancement, they have definitely pulled out the big guns with the Terminator... er, um... or should I say Total Recall..? We'll see soon enough if Californians are as star-struck as the Republicans think.
