I became interested in PetroPharm oddly enough because of Gram-Ma-Ma. Several of her prescriptions are from PetroPharm Labs. I have to go to Alameda Point Navy Base to pick them up for her. There was always a strange tension in the air when I went there, and I was not sure what it was.
Pharmacist Marx acts so odd, and I'm not sure if it's just around me, or if he's just weird all the time. I wondered what Gram-Ma-Ma was taking, and why she was being prescribed so many medicines? I started to do research on PetroPharm, and Alameda Point in general just to learn more, and after learning more, I became suspicious.
The Navy Base is known for being one of the most polluted places in the US. In fact, the Environmental Protection Agency was created in order to stop the Navy from dumping its waste into the San Francisco Bay at this very location.
PetroPharm Labs have been involved in many scandals during their history here, and seem to be wrapped up in everything from germ warfare to genetic tampering on humans. Dr. Grumbles leads their staff with his brilliant, yet evil schemes, and their petrochemical pharmaceutical cartel can out-lobby anyone in power, making it very tough to go up against them.
Fight the Navy? The Oil and Drug companies? One might as well fight the wind with a stick, but I wanted to make sure my Gram-Ma-Ma, and other people just like her, were safe. Here's the video so you all can see for yourself: VIDEO CLIP (4/14)
